Excellent Oyo rooms . Cost is high. But rooms are very clean and well maintained. Transport facility is available every time. Food facilities also available. With friends and families best hotel available in marthahalli. I will suggest this hotel to everyone.

Took a long stay of 5 days. Hotel owner is a nice person who helped me out couple of times. The room quality was also decent. However, you have to pay the entire amount upfront rather than during check-out which is a bummer.

My experience with my family along with our two year old was much worst than terrible. Really there is nothing good to be said about this hotel. For a stay of one night, we have been changed our rooms three times. You heard (read) it right THREE 3 times that too one in the middle of the night. We were changed our first room immediately few minutes after our checkin as there is no hot water provision in that room (and unfortunately none of the staff is aware if that). Second time we had to change our room as the AC wasn't working. Few more things - -- Any point of time, you will be the only customer in this hotel. At least I haven't come across any other customers of this hotel (if any). -- Set top box will be carried from one room to another as there are very limited set top boxes that are recharged every month. (I believe it's only one). -- All the remotes will be at the reception only. They will not be given to you unless asked. -- One and only good point was about the staff, who were very polite and decent, available all the times. Overall, it was a really bad experience at this hotel and I will neither come back here nor will suggest anyone.
